Brittani Tyler, LMHC
Owner & Supervisor

My name is Brittani Tyler. I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Subsequently, I received my Master's degree from Grand Canyon University in 2019.

In working with individuals who carry attachment wounds or have experienced a turbulent childhood, I recognize how early relational disruptions can shape a person’s sense of safety, trust, and connection throughout life. My therapeutic approach is designed to offer a consistent, regulated, and attuned environment where those patterns can be explored without fear of judgment or abandonment. Many people with attachment injuries have learned to anticipate disconnection or to minimize their own needs, and therapy becomes a place to slowly challenge those expectations through reliable, evidence‑informed relational support. The goal is not to erase the past, but to help clients develop a more secure internal framework—one that allows for healthier relationships, greater emotional stability, and a renewed sense of belonging.

Therapy is where empathy lives, where healing begins, and where people feel less alone. â€‹â€‹I believe the best therapy occurs when you can be your real, unfiltered self. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, humor and collaboration.

Rest assured, I am here to help you figure it out along the way!
