2026 PAYMENT POLICY​
INSURANCE REQUIRES PAYMENT TO BE COLLECTED AT DAY AND TIME OF SERVICE. The practice enables autopay to prevent clients from racking up a large balance of co-pays. Please make sure your account has sufficient funds.
If there are insufficient funds, the practice will be notified, and autopay will automatically be disabled after 2 attempts to collect payment. This will result in your future co-pays accumulating a balance due to autopay being turned off.
We are not immune from making mistakes, so if there are inaccuracies, please reach out to us.
The reason we are asking for individuals to be on top of this is to reduce unrecognized charges and to prevent potential upset from clients. We want to continue serving you. Thank you for your understanding!
