Brittani Tyler, LMHC
Owner & Supervisor

My name is Brittani Tyler. I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Subsequently, I received my Master's degree from Grand Canyon University in 2019.

Listening — truly listening — has never felt like a task to me; it’s felt like a calling. It’s where empathy lives, where healing begins, and where people feel less alone. That passion has shaped my path as a therapist, and it continues to guide how I show up for every person who walks through my door.

I believe the best therapy occurs when you can be your real, unfiltered self. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Many of my clients have experienced childhood trauma or chronic adversity and come to therapy with the intention of regaining control over their lives. I believe this can only happen with a therapist that provides warmth and validation, alongside with appropriate clinical skills where they are needed. Life can be exhausting, am I right?

Rest assured, I am here to help you figure it out along the way!
