My ideal client is an adult or couple struggling with emotional distress, past trauma, or relationship challenges that hinder personal and relational growth. They may struggle with complex emotions, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from themselves and each other. They seek to understand the root of their struggles, build resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Master of Social Work.
